Bio

Before joining the Ph.D. program at the European University Institute, I practised EU law, competition law and administrative law with a multinational law firm, where my work focused on the energy, electronic communications, and retail sectors. I also worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Universidade de Lisboa, where I taught EU law, EU procedural law, and international law. Before that, I was a legal intern to Advocate General Michal Bobek at the Court of Justice of the European Union. I am a researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre at Universidade de Lisboa, and a member of the Portuguese chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON•S). I hold a LL.M. in Comparative, European and International Laws from the European University Institute, a LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe, Bruges and a Licenciatura in Law from Universidade de Lisboa. I am admitted to the practice of law in Portugal since 2021. I speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian
